Projects ADN Hotels

Our portfolio includes large-scale hotel developments and operations in Venezuela, including a hotel and convention center complex in San Juan de los Cayos (Falcón). In Mexico, we are moving forward with a hotel complex in the Riviera Maya; we are also planning a network of luxury hotels in Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín, and Cartagena) and two hotels specializing in wellness tourism in the Dominican Republic. The scope and diversity of these projects reflect ADN Hotels' ability to integrate design, construction, outfitting, and operation under consistent standards, with a focus on the guest experience and measurable results at every stage.

Educational Platform

With ADN Build, we are developing an educational platform with online, in-person, and blended learning courses, designed to cultivate talent with a practical methodology and approach. The program begins with individual courses in Hospitality and Tourism, along with more innovative offerings in Digital Marketing and Branding, and a Finance and Business track focused on day-to-day decision-making.

Building on this foundation, we will evolve towards more comprehensive executive programs: Business Management, Hotel Management, Marketing Management, and Sales Management. The ecosystem is completed with a community and networking project through Business Cafés, regular events designed to connect professionals and businesses, share real-world case studies, and generate opportunities.
